Weaponization of Federal Agencies, and Ignoring Crimes by Other Democrats:
- [01] The FBI Lied to (or Warned) Facebook, Telling Facebook that the Hunter Biden Notebook Information was Russian Misinformation:
Just prior to the NOV-2020 election, the FBI told Facebook
to beware of Russian misinformation about Hunter Biden's
notebook. The CIA said it was all Russian misinformation.
Later, it was revealed that Hunter Biden's notebook was real (and also
reported as "real" by the New York Times). The FBI also completely
ignored Tony Bobulinski, who had evidence on phones and computers, and
has never interviewed Tony Bobulinski. Tony Bobulinski was a former
business associate with Hunter Biden (son of Joe Biden who was Vice
President at the time), and Tony Bobulinski made a statement about the
Biden Crime Family (including the "Big Guy" a.k.a. Joe Biden) having
business dealings in communist China, and said he would turn over all
electronic evidence of the Biden Crime Family's involvement.

- [02] The FBI raided Trump's Home at Mar-A-Lago:
Dozens of FBI agents raided Trump's home at Mar-A-Lago in Florida on
12-AUG-2022 for no good reason (except that it is less than 3 months to
the mid-term elections). So much for equal application of the
laws, eh?
This is yet another example of weaponization of the of the FBI and DOJ
by democrats (and similar ilk) for political purposes in order to
acquire more power and control.

Also, many democrats mishandled or destroyed classified information,
and their crimes were ignored, or the culprits received a very lenient
punishment (e.g. David Petraeus, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, etc.).
- [03] The U.S. DOJ is Targeting Parents Who are Outraged About Public Schools Teaching Critcal Race Theory (CRT) to Their Children:
Last week (02-OCT-2021), a school board-backed activist group
asked the Biden administration to investigate anti-critical race theory
protests. Now, Biden's Justice Department announced that it is
teaming up with the FBI to comply.
In a letter to the White House, a group that represents school boards
urged the Biden administration to consider whether confrontations by
outraged parents over COVID restrictions and critical race theory (CRT)
being incorporated into class curriculum violate the Patriot Act.
The letter contended that "the classification of these heinous actions
could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate
crimes."
- [04] The DOJ Severely Exaggerates The Protests at the D.C. Capitol on 06-JAN-2021, and Unjustly Persecutes Many Participants:
Dozens of people who attended the riot at the D.C. Capitol
on 06-JAN-2021 have been arrested and held for over a year, and some
have not been charged for many months, and few (if any) were given the
option for bail. Yet, many hundreds of persons arrested for
violent crimes are released (without bail) in D.C. every year.
What happened at the D.C. Capitol on 06-JAN-2022 was a riot. It was not
an insurrection, because the only person killed that day was Ashli
Babbitt (who was unarmed, and shot by Michael Byrd). At worst,
the persons' crimes that day are trespassing, and/or assault, and/or
vandalism. Yet, liberal D.A.s all across the U.S. release violent
criminals every day (without bail).

Also, the democrats (and similar ilk) conveniently ignored the rioting,
burning, looting, vandalism, violence, and killing for over a year all
across the U.S.A., and laughably characterized it as "mostly peaceful
protests".

Hillary Clinton approved of the scheme to smear Trump via the
Trump-Russia allegation (according to testimony by Robby Mook, before a
jury).
How many Democrats and similar ilk were involved in no less than an attempted coup d'etat. John Ratcliffe: Special Counsel, John Durham has classified documents that prove that the Trump-Russia allegations were a hoax.
Hillary's camp created and paid for the
infamous “Steele Dossier”, which falsely claimed that President Trump
committed collusion with the Russian government. This truly amounts
to high-tech treason, and the fake news press, corrupt FBI, DOJ, and
other officials did unbelievable things covering for Hillary, and
continue to cover for Hillary, and many were working under the
assumption that she would become the next U.S. president; there was corruption at the highest echelons of those agencies and serial abuse of the secret FISA process surrounding the 2016 election.
High-ranking officials and other major players in those agencies —
which Obama oversaw — are increasingly embroiled in the growing scandal:
James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Andrew
Weissmann, Sally Yates, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page,
Bruce Ohr. These kinds of abuses
of power were nothing new, given the Obama team’s long history of this
type of misconduct on everything from the Benghazi terror attack to the
political misuse of the IRS. They weaponized the most fearsome
government agencies to target, monitor and presumably illegally unmask
political opponents, including members of Congress, journalists
reporting unfavorable stories, Trump allies and average
Americans. Obama created a climate in which the potentially
criminal misuse of the DOJ and the FBI, as currently being unraveled,
was not just acceptable but perhaps encouraged, thereby giving rise to
what could be the most dangerous scandal in American history.
- [06] The IRS targeted conservatives under Obama's and
Lois Lerner's watch:
Obama lied that no laws were violated:
“There is not a scintilla of corruption in my administration”; Lois
Lerner, head of the IRS Office of Exempt Organizations, stated she
had not done anything wrong and then took the Fifth before the House
Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Lerner retired (with
pension) in 2013 after an internal investigation found that she
neglected her duties and was going to call for her ouster. Joseph H.
Grant, commissioner of the IRS Tax-exempt and Government Entities
division, resigned (with pension) on May 16, 2013;
- [07] Adam Schiff's and Eric Swalwell's perpetual lying:
Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell lied repeatedly about crimes by Trump for which there is no proof, despite a 2-year
investigation by Robert Mueller's team of 19
lawyers, 40 FBI agents, and other staff, who issued 2,800 subpoenas,
executed almost 500 search warrants, pulled more than 230 sets of
communication records, collected details of nearly 50 pen registers to
track telephone calls, interviewd about 500 witnesses, and 13 requests
of foreign governments and law enforcement agencies for additional
evidence, and indicted 10 people for perjury, tax & bank fraud (all
having nothing to do with "Collusion or Obstruction by Trump"),
and 24 Russians and 3 Russian companies.
- [08] Hillary Clinton's illegal hackable
amateur server and emailing of classified information:
The FBI
investigation found that 110 messages contained information
that was classified at the time it was sent; that is a crime, beyond a shadow of a doubt, committed by Hillary Clinton. But James
Comey, Loretta Lynch, and others in the DOJ and FBI protected
Hillary from being indicted for those crimes.
- [09] Comey and others in the FBI and DOJ ignored Hillary Clinton's numerous violations; Trump later fired Comey
in 2017;
- [10] In 2016, 84%
of all donations from people in the DOJ (Department Of Justice) went to
Democrats. From 2008 to 2020, the vast majority of donations from the ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence went to democrats (83% in year 2020); Most (if not all) people on Mueller's investigation were Democrats.
Yet, another data-point about
the weaponization
of federal agencies (i.e. DOJ, FBI, IRS, EPA, NLRB, etc. ).
- [11] Hillary Clinton seized control of the
Democratic National Committee, which used Pakistani programmers who are
now being prosecuted, and Wikileaks had a field day with the classified
information that was exposed to our rivals (i.e. Russians, Chinese,
North Koreans, Iranians, etc.)
- [12] EPA Director (Lisa Jackson)
used a fake email address to hide political activity – From the WSJ:
“Lisa Jackson, who announced on Dec. 27 that she was stepping down as
head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will be leaving
under a cloud. It turns out that she had been using an email account,
under the alias “Richard Windsor,” to conduct official business, in an
apparent attempt to evade federal transparency laws,
including the Freedom of Information Act.” Of course, EPA officials
said her using two “official” accounts is nothing new, but choosing an
alias that doesn’t correspond to her real name is very suspicious
especially considering the head of the EPA acts alone, unlike the
Nuclear Regulatory Commission that acts with several board members.
- [13] The surveillance of Fox News reporter, James Rosen: The Obama administration, under direction from Attorney General Eric Holder. did the following to James Rosen: (a)Named him a “criminal co-conspirator” under the Espionage Act of 1917; (b)Used that as a basis for monitoring his movements to and from The State Department; (c)Traced his phone calls; (d)Read his personal emails; (e)Described as a “flight risk” so he wouldn’t have to be informed of what was happening.
So, Chuck Todd is a hypocrite, for tweeting that President Trump’s tweets about the FAKE NEWS MEDIA were “un-American”,
but Chuck Todd didn't say the same when a professional colleague (James
Rosen) was named as a “criminal conspirator” for doing his job.
- [14] Hillary Clinton lied about youtubevideo
as the cause of attacks in Benghazi, Libya; Hillary lied to the
victims' families; Hillary was caught red-handed lying before Congress
about Benghazi during that senate committee. It was discovered that Hillary
had sent an email to her daughter explaining the people in Benghazi
had been killed by Al Qaida-like terrorists. Hillary wrote: "Hey, this
attack at Benghazi was caused by Al Qaida-like elements". Yet, Hillary
and Susan Rice went all over saying it was due to a offensive

- [15] Susan Rice also lied about a youtubevideo as
the cause of the attacks in Benghazi, Libya;
- [16] Fast and Furious (a previous, similar program
was started and ended during Bush's administration called "Operation
Wide Receiver", but Fast and Furious started NOV-2009 during
Obama's administration, and Eric Holder obstructed the
investigations for the gunwalking-program; Eric Holder's “Fast and
Furious” obstruction caused the murder of hundreds of Mexican citizens
and some US border patrol officers with weapons supplied by the US
government. Some ATF agents became concerned the weapons were being
used for crimes. On Dec. 14, 2010, U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry
was killed during a gunfight. Guns in the shootout were involved in the
Fast and Furious operation, it was later learned. Eric Holder was
found to be in “Contempt of Congress”, but Eric Holder lost no
sleep about it;
- [17] Terence Flynn, an appointee of Barack
Obama to the National Labor Relations Board, resigned (with pension) in
May 2012 after being accused of serious ethical violations by leaking
information to the National Association of Manufacturers;
- [18] David Petraeus resigned (with pension on
07-NOV-2012) as Director of the CIA after admitting having a s*xual
relationship with his biographer, pleaded guilty (on 23-APR-2015) to a
misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified materials, in which he was
given a two-year probation period and a fine of $100,000; He got off
very easy;
- [19] Martha N. Johnson (D), head of the
General Services Administration, fired two top GSA officials and then
resigned herself (with pension) after it was revealed that $822,000 had
been spent in Las Vegas on a 4-day training conference for 300 GSA
employees;
- [20] Obama's Solyndra scam, which was a phony
solar energy scheme. According
to the magazine, The New American, “the administration funneled
billions of taxpayer dollars into the pockets of wealthy Democrats and
Obama supporters, who in turn gave some of the cash back via campaign
contributions. More than 75% of the over $20 Billion went to Obama
financial backers, according to Department of Energy figures analyzed
by researchers”;
- [21] The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen
Sebelius was determined to be guilty of violating the Hatch Act by
campaigning for president Obama in her official capacity (on
13-SEP-2012); On 11-APR-2014, Sebelius announced her resignation from
her position as Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Sebelius
reimbursed the government's expenses;
- [22] Obama's administration spun
intelligence
to suit his narrative:
It was reported that 50 intelligence analysts
said their reports on the Islamic State (who Obama called the JV
(Junior Varsity) team) had been watered-down to suit the White House's
spin, and that pressure to do so had come from senior military and
intelligence officials; Many Democrats and others on the left believe
they will find a crime by Trump.
- [23] Veterans' Administration's deadly secret waiting lists for veterans;
The Secretary of Veterans Affairs, General Eric Shinseki,
voluntarily resigned (with pension);
- [24] Joe Biden, democrats (and similar ilk) have opened
the U.S. borders wide-open, and ignore the crime, deaths, and cost
associated with all of it. Before Joe Biden opened the border
wide-open, the cost of illegal immigration was estimated from $54
BILLION to $401 BILLION per year. In 2022, in less than 1 year, the
total of illegal immigrants entering the U.S.A. exceeded 2
million. IF the cost is $401 BILLION per year, that's $1.1
BILLION per day!
And that does not even address the cost of rampant homicides, 300
fentanyl deaths per day, human trafficking, and other crimes.
