(04) One of the major issues of concern is that the Year-2020 voting machines that flipped 6,000 votes from Republicans to Democrats in one county in one state were also used in 47 counties in that state, and those machines and software were also used in 30 other states. Also, Nancy Pelosi and/or friends, and Ann Feinstein may have a business interest in the company that makes the voting machine software.

(05) Voting violations most certainly occurred, in which Republican poll-watchers were illegally hindered and/or prevented from viewing the vote counting processes.

(06) Also, consider that democrats are trying to block investigations and transparency, but claimed in 2016 that the election was invalid due to Russian interference. Is it not hypocritical to claim the Russians tampered with the 2016 election, but now claim that there is little (if any) voter fraud in 2020?

(08) About 144 million people (supposedly) voted in the 2020 election.  Joe Biden's total (supposed) vote lead in 6 states (AZ,GA,MI,NV,PA,WI) is about 210,000 voters, which is a tiny percentage (e.g. less than 0.146% ; 210,000 / 144 Million) of the total of 144 million votes. There were several states that automatically required recounts due to such small differences in vote counts. However, recounting will change nothing if the same fraudulent voters are recounted.

(09) The majority of the Main Stream Media (a.k.a. FAKE NEWS) has called the election, but they don't have the authority to do that.  The electoral college had not yet convened (not until the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December, which is 14-November in year 2020).

The Process is as follows: The election process was established almost 250 years ago. The Constitution declares that American presidential elections occur on the first Tuesday in November, every four years. The Electoral College voters, who are chosen by their party, vote for their party’s presidential candidate. The apportionment of the number of electoral votes per state are based on the members of Congress, which is based on the decennial census (which helps explain why democrats want open borders, and pander to non-citizens; e.g. site2data.com/despicable1.html).

Once a final tally of voters’ ballots has been concluded, all 50 governors prepare their state’s Certificate of Ascertainment, a document listing their electors for the competing candidates. Each state completes that process at its own rate. Once completed, copies of the Certificate of Ascertainment are then submitted to the U.S. Archivist. After the governor submits names to the Archivist, each state’s Electoral College electors meet in the state capital (D.C.‘s meet in D.C.) to formally cast their votes for president and vice president on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December (e.g. 14-DEC-2020).

Each state’s electors then prepares Certificates of Vote, which are sent by registered mail to state officials, the President of the U.S., the Senate, the Archivist of the United States. On Jan. 6, Congress convenes to count the electoral votes and certify the winner of the election. At the end of the Senate’s electoral vote count, the vice president announces the results and asks if there are any objections. After the Senate certifies the election results, all the Certificates of Ascertainment and Certificates of Vote then become available for public review at the Office of the Federal Registrar for one year, then transferred to the National Archives for the permanent record.

When polls err, non-polling metrics don’t, the latter have a 100% record & every non-polling metric forecast Trump re-election.
  
  For Trump to lose this election, the mainstream polls needed to be correct, which they weren’t. Furthermore, for Trump to lose, not only did one or more of these metrics have to be wrong for the first time ever, but every single one had to be wrong, and at the same time! non Polling metrics include: party reg trends; the candidates’ respective primary votes; enthusiasm; social media followings; media ratings; online searches; the number of (especially small) donors; and number of individuals betting on each candidate

• Location: Pennsylvania (Years:  2014, 2015, 2016):
  CHARGE: ALTERING THE VOTE COUNT:
  Domenick Demuro, a Judge of Elections in Philadelphia and a Democrat ward leader accepted bribes to add fraudulent ballots to voting machines and falsely certify election results for certain Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections. According to the DOJ press release, Demuro “admitted that a local political consultant gave him directions and paid him money to add votes for candidates supported by the consultant, including candidates for judicial office whose campaigns actually hired the consultant, and other candidates for various federal, state, and local elective offices preferred by that consultant for a variety of reasons.” Demuro pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights and one violation of the Hatch act.
  
  
• Location: Connecticut (Years:  2023):
  CHARGE: FRAUDULENT USE OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS:
  The results of the City of Bridgeport, Connecticut Democrat mayoral primary election, which was held on September 12, 2023, were overturned due to absentee ballot fraud in an election where only 251 votes separated the winner (Joseph Ganim) and the loser (John Gomes). Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered that a new primary election between Ganim (the party-endorsed candidate) and Gomes (the challenger) should be held because an unusually large number of absentee ballots that were counted had been illegally placed in drop boxes by two unauthorized ballot distributors who were Ganim supporters: Wanda Geter-Pataky (a Democratic Town Committee member and the Leader of Voting District 136) and Eneida Martinez (a candidate for City Council). The court determined that videos of Geter-Pataky and Martinez illegally dropping off stacks of votes into various drop boxes “provided evidence of ballot harvesting, in violation of state law.” Geter-Pataky made 10 drops either CASE directly or indirectly, and Martinez made 5 separate drops of multiple ballots. The court also found “the volume of ballots mishandled is such [that] it calls the result of the primary election in serious doubt and unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary.”

  CHARGE: FRAUDULENT USE OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS:
  Allan “Twig” Simmons, an operative for the East Chicago mayor’s campaign, was charged with three counts of attempted obstruction of justice and six counts of ballot fraud after persuading individuals to let him fill out their absentee ballots in exchange for jobs. He pleaded guilty to three counts of fraudulent application, showing, examination, receipt, or delivery of ballots. He was sentenced to 3 years’ probation and 100 hours of community service. Fraud in the 2003 East Chicago mayoral primary was widespread, and the Indiana Supreme Court ultimately overturned the election results and ordered a special election for the mayoral race that resulted in a different winner.

  CHARGE: BUYING VOTES, BALLOT PETITION FRAUD:
  Christopher Williams was involved in a scheme that offered cigarettes and money to homeless people on Skid Row in exchange for fake signatures on ballot initiatives and voter registration forms. This resulted in hundreds of fraudulent signatures. He pleaded no contest to one felony count of circulating an initiative or petition containing false, forged, or fictitious names. Williams was sentenced to 3 years’ probation.
  
  
• Location: California (Years: 2020)
  CHARGE: TAMPERING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS:
  The Fresno Chapter of the Black American Political Association of California orchestrated a ballot harvesting scheme in order to win 13 seats on various Fresno County school boards. Through a scheme organized by Frank Revis, BAPAC received over 1,300 absentee ballots delivered to addresses provided by BAPAC, not those of the individual voters. Over 250 of those ballots were lost, while the rest were disqualified as containing invalid signatures or otherwise having been illegally cast. The California State Supreme Court overturned the results of the election due to fraud and tampering with absentee ballots.
  

(17) 04-NOV-2024:   Despite all of the above, many democrats still cannot understand how they could not cheat enough to win the 04-NOV-2024 election.  The only states that Kamala Harris won were 19 of 50 states and D.C., and D.C. and 15 of those 19 states do NOT require any voter-ID to vote (i.e. states that Kamala Harris won: CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MA, ME, MD, MN, NJ, NH, NM, NY, OR, RI, VA, VT, WA, D.C.).  Donald Trump won the other 31 states (312 electoral votes; where 270 are required to win), including key battleground states, like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia:
