- In the 2008 Presidential Election, a 2014 article published
in
the journal Electoral Studies found that "non-citizen voters likely
gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome
filibusters in order to pass health care reform." The report also noted
that "there is reason to believe non-citizen voting changed one state's
Electoral College votes in 2008, delivering North Carolina to Obama."

- In August 2018, at least 3,100 aliens were registered to
vote
in 13 different sanctuary jurisdictions between 2006 and 2018. The
"Safe Spaces" report noted that "detection and removal of noncitizen
voters [was] generally dependent on the noncitizens self-reporting
their ineligible status at the risk of immigration jeopardy and even
deportation." This report suggested five solutions that would close off
the voter registration system to aliens, including building better
information-sharing procedures with DHS to prevent ineligible
applications from proceeding;
- 5,556 non-citizens have been removed from the voter rolls
for
citizenship problems in 120 of Virginia's 133 voting jurisdictions
since 2011. In 102 of these jurisdictions, 1,852 individuals cast 7,474
ballots before election officials cancelled their registrations. In the
other 13 voting jurisdictions, election officials have not removed a
single record from the voter rolls because of citizenship problems in
over 6 years;
- The Voter Fraud Database maintains a list of election fraud
cases, including instances of ineligible voting and false registrations
totaling 400 cases.

- Following the 2016 election, the Department of Justice
charged multiple people in North Carolina with illegally voting. The
recent case in California shows that thousands of aliens can be
accidentally registered to vote on a regular basis. The Public Interest
Legal Foundation suggested that the election of Virginia's attorney
general in 2013, decided by only 164 votes, may have been decided by
non-citizen voters.

- Following last year’s prosecution of Mexican national Rosa
Ortega, who illegally voted in Texas for over 10 years, the latest
cases expose what the state Attorney General’s Office calls a “lack of
safeguards in the system to detect ineligible voters, like
non-citizens.”
- A non-citizen was indicted for marking a ballot without a
voter’s consent. Marcela Gutierrez allegedly led a voter to believe she
was demonstrating how to use a voting machine while actually casting
votes for a slate of candidates she was paid to support.
- Starr District Attorney Omar Escobar (Texas, Starr County)
confirmed that non-U.S. citizens are on the voter lists there. The only
question is how many. A survey of four other Texas counties found that
165 unlawfully registered non-citizens were removed from those
counties’ voter rolls in the past two years – but only after they
self-identified as non-citizens in the process of recusing themselves
from jury duty. Those non-citizens had cast 100 illegal votes.

is being deemed acceptable by the State of Illinois for voter

- One thing is very obvious. Democrats are trying to register
illegal immigrants to vote, and often when they simultanously register
for drivers licenses to illegal immigrants (in the states where
Democrats are conniving, for obvious nefarious purposes, under the
despicable guise that it makes us safer). In the 10 states that do not
require lawful proof of presence for an applicant to obtain a driver’s
license (HI, MD, MI, MT, NM, NC, OR, UT, WA, WI), 14.4% of illegal
immigrants cause traffic fatalities, more than the national
average of 13.6%. Approximately 20% percent of all car accidents
nationwide involve a driver who lacks a valid license, and 14.6%
are by illegal immigrants.

- In Colorado, multiple instances were found of dead people
attempting to vote. Stunningly, “a woman named Sara Sosa who died in
2009 cast ballots in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.” In Virginia, it was
found that nearly 20 voter applications were turned in under the names
of dead people.

- The Brennan Center despicably and falsely
claims that it is dedicated to protecting the rule of law, but it lies,
repeatedly, claiming that voter fraud by non-U.S. citizens is a myth.
However, the Election Board of North Carolina investigated, and found 41
non-citizens (from 28 different countries) voted illegally. All
were not
eligible to vote. The audit also found 24 cases of double-voting and
two cases of voter impersonation (one by mail and one in person). The
investigation also found 508 ineligible votes cast, and about 87% (441)
were by felons who voted. State law prohibits felons from voting until
their sentence is fully served, including probation and parole.

- 21-APR-2017: An investigation by the N.C. Board of Elections
has found that 508 voters who cast ballots last November were not
eligible to vote – and the vast majority of them were felons serving
active sentences. . . In addition, the investigation found 41
non-citizens who cast ballots, 24 voters who voted twice and two people
who falsely voted using the name of a family member who had recently

- Voter Fraud in the U.S.: In East Chicago, Indiana, a city
with
30,000 residents, voting fraud was so systemic in 2003 that the State
Supreme Court ordered a new election with heightened verification. When
unlawful voters were prohibited from casting a ballot, the outcome of
the election changed.
The problem is not unique to Indiana. A 2013 National Hispanic Survey
study by Republican pollster John McLaughlin asked a sample of 800
likely Hispanic voters if they were American citizens. 13 percent
admitted they were not. n 2014, a study released by a team of
professors from Old Dominion University and George Mason University
estimated that approximately 6.4 percent of noncitizens voted In the
